前鎮區動物友善室友分租中Roommate 23天成交

我們的家位於前鎮區民權國小與大遠百商圈附近大樓，空間很大～房間都有獨立的陽台外推空間，因為我們家有貓貓們，希望室友也是喜歡動物的😊
Hi, this is Jenny^^
We are looking for a roommate to share this lovely place with us. 
We are located in Sanduo Shoopong District,Qianzhen Area. 
There are 3 cats in my home and hopefully we can find a roommate who is also an animal lover. The room has an extended balcony, which also allow you to have a pet or more space used. 

基本上除了出租的房間外，家裡面其它空間也一起共用，廚房要煮也是可以。家裡附近離捷運站（三多站、獅甲站）走路大約都是10-15分鐘內會到的距離，樓下也有停車格可以停摩托車。
大樓是24小時的管理室，並且樓下附近早餐店蠻多的，也有一間7-11很方便～
We shares all the living spaces, including the dining room, living room and kitchen. If you want to cook, it’s okay. There are two MRT stations(Sanduo Station and Shihjia Station) near my home, within 10-15 minutes walk. We also have scooter parking spaces downstairs. The building has 24 hours security, which is quite safe and convenient. Furthermore, there is a 7-11 just right downstairs the building, not to mention there are many breakfast shops as well. 

房間內部我們先提供一個最基本的擺設，如果妳到時候搬進來可以再按照自己喜歡的方式設計房間囉☺️

You can design your room after moving in. We just provide basic furnitures for now. As long as you don’t damage the wall, then it won’t be a problem. 

廁所部份就在房間出來的旁邊，原則上是與另一位室友共用的，所以大部份時間就是妳自己使用，因為另一個室友會來來去去，有時不會在台灣。我們的室友很愛乾淨，所以廁所也都維持的很整潔～

As for the bathroom, it’s a shared bathroom, we have another roommate, but she lives abroad, not here in Taiwan very often. Also, she is very neat and tidy. Basically, you will be the one who always uses the bathroom. 

水費、天然氣、網路、大樓管理費都含在租金裡面了，房間內冷氣有電錶，電費以台電電價基礎計算，用多少付多少，大致上就是這樣囉！

The rent includes water bill, internet bill, natural gas bill and building management cost. As for the electric bill, we charge on how much degree you use every time we receive the bill. There is a electricity meter in the room.

➡️我們只租給一個人（因為公共空間會一起共用，所以不希望家裡太過擁擠，故不接受情侶合租喔）

附近有便利商店、傳統市場、百貨公司、公園綠地、學校、夜市。
