設施：客廳，玄關（每個女孩都有自己的鞋櫃），工作陽台（變頻洗衣機），餐廳，廚房（櫥櫃／冰箱有專屬層架，請煮輕食，保持乾淨），衛浴（有自己的置物空間和垃圾桶）。Facilities: living room, entrance hall (each girl has her own shoe cabinet), working balcony (inverter washing machine), dining room, kitchen (cabinets/refrigerators have exclusive shelves, please cook light meals and keep them clean), bathroom (Has its own storage space and trash can).

房東是正職上班族女生，養一隻會掉毛的親人中大型犬，因為工作時間長，您應該住得滿自在的。（如需申請租屋補助津貼或報稅請繞道~）The landlord is a office lady keeping a border collie. (If you need to apply for rental subsidy or file taxes, please bypass～)
