In Jing Lane, Yongji Road, Xinyi District, a style-decorated suite. The apartment is located on first floor. There are 5 rooms in the apartment.The rented room is about 7pings, the window is opened to theindoor corridor.

The monthly rent is NT$15,000(water, gas, utility electricity, WiFi shared internet fees included). Maximum occupancy is 2 people. The deposit is 2 months rent. The rent is limited for maximun 2 persons stay.

Near Yongji Market, with many shops andconvenient living functions. PXmark, A-mark, Yongchun Station Exit 1 (BlueLine), all within about 10 minutes  walk. There is a "NationalResidence" bus stop at the entry of Lane 278 Yongji Road. There is Ubikein Yongji Park nearby. Windows are opened in the aisle or outside, and theoverall space is ventilated with a full heat exchanger + PM2.5 air filter, andthe indoor air is clean. There is a public wash-drying drum-type washingmachine and clothes-drying space. 
The rent includes water fee, gas fee, utility electricity, WiFi fee, and monthly public space cleaning fee. The electricity consumption in the suite is NT$6 per Kwh (billed by the meter every month, and charged together with the monthly rent). No smoking, no pets in all rooms. Can\'t answer the phone normally, if the phone doesn\'t connect, you can use the Line at the bottom of the web phone to add friends.
