水電、瓦斯費：與其他室友平分

• 租約條件：
押金2個月
租期一年

South District, near Wuquan Statio. 7F elevator building. 5 minutes  walk to Wuquan train station. 711, Px Mart, post office are around the cornor. Near National Chung Hsing University, NCHU
 
 • Single room: NTD 8,000/month
    Room A &  Room B 
• Master room(with bathroom): NTD 13,000/month
 
 •  includes Wi-Fi, management fees, shared living room/kitchen with TV, fridge, microwave, washing machine, and RO filter for drinking water; 
 
 • Electricity, water, and gas bills: split with other housemates
 
 • 2 months deposit; 6 months or longer lease
