此公寓的標準租金通常介於每月6,500至7,500元之間，視情況而定。但目前我們打算以最低 4,000 至 3,500 元左右出租給我們較偏好的房客，因為房東在台灣被怪人跟蹤發生各種重刑犯罪且電話不能正常撥接上網出租收信好像也有問題報警也沒用，若不想錯過撿便宜機會請盡快EMAIL聯絡詢問。房東備有所有合法證件文件

以下情況還可享有折扣：

優良學校或公司背景： 若租戶就讀於良好學校或受雇於優良公司，將有機會獲得 10-15% 的租金折扣。

長期租約預付： 若租戶選擇半年或一年預付租金，可享 10% 的折扣。

租戶條件要求：

請注意，所有潛在租戶必須符合以下三項重要條件：

無犯罪紀錄： 租戶必須無犯罪紀錄，且不得邀請有犯罪紀錄之人進入本公寓。須提供清白紀錄證明或簽署自我聲明書。

寵物管理： 不得飼養吵鬧或具有破壞性的寵物，以避免損壞傢俱或公寓本體。

維護責任： 租戶須以一般常識妥善維護公寓及所附家具之良好狀態。

We are currently offering a small apartment for rent at Kahshung 85, a highly convenient, affordable, and comfortable location. The standard price here is usually  6,500 - 7,500 TWD per month .

More Discounts are available under the following circumstances:

In Good school or company : Tenants who have a good company or school are currently may receive a 10-15% discount on the rental price.

LongTerm Lease Payment: Tenants who opt to pay half a year or annually in advance will be eligible for a 10% discount.

Tenant Requirements:

Please note that there are three important criteria that all prospective tenants must meet:

Criminal History: The tenant must have no criminal record and cannot invite individuals with a criminal history onto the premises. Proof of a clean legal record or a signed self-declaration is required.

Pets: The tenant may not keep noisy or destructive pets that could damage the furniture or apartment .

Property Maintenance: The tenant is responsible for maintaining the apartment and any provided furniture in good condition by common sence.
