The house is located in the commercial district in uptown Houli, with respectively a 3-minute and 5-minute walking distance to the nearest 7-11 and night market. It takes 4 minutes to either ride a scooter or drive a car to get to Micron Technology.The neighboring area boasts many restaurants, clinics and pharmacies, which makes it very convenient.
The landlady is capable of communicating in English or Japanese and could show you around the house during weekends since she is living in Hsinchu and working in Taipei. Her phone number is 0913588380. (She is able to answer phone calls at noon or in the evening from 7:00-9:00 p.m.
