- 管理費：每房每月收取NT$560元。
- 網路費：每房每月收取NT$300元。
- 水、電、天然瓦斯費：每 2 個月依實際繳費單金額收取1次(與室友均分)。

【Note】
(1) We are very sorry to inform you that we are not accepting applications from Indian nationals at this time.
One of our current foreign tenants explicitly requested not to live with an Indian roommate when they moved in.
Out of respect for the agreement between the two parties, we must respect their arrangement.

(2) Smoking and pets are not allowed.
(3) After viewing the room and agreeing to sign the lease, a one-month deposit will be charged.
The monthly rent is NT$8,000 (excluding tax).
In addition, a community management fee of NT$560 and a wireless network fee of NT$300 will be charged per room per month.
First month NT$ = NT$8,000 + NT$8,000 + NT$560 + NT$300.
Second month NT$ = NT$8,000 + NT$560 + NT$300, and so on for each month thereafter.
(4) Water, electricity, and gas charges will be charged every two months based on the actual bill amount and the number of guests staying.
