The room is Japanese style, so there is no furniture.
     You can decorate your room freely but return it to the original     look when you leave.

$8000 –
     Rent the whole floor with
     2 rooms, 1 bathroom, 1 balcony. (This is top priority!)

The other room can be moved into after September 1.

We use the official government contract. 
The landlord lives upstairs.
