有電梯，目前開放出租為3樓獨立套房1間，有大露台。入住者可使用3樓簡易廚房。院子內免費停機車，如需汽車位，另付租金2000元。The premise has an elevator inside and includes a kitchen on 3F open to guests, and rooms (with individual bath) on 3F for rent.

房租包含水費、有線電視及無限上網；獨立電表照台電收費Rents include water, wifi, cable TV.

電費：獨立電表，依照台電收費單標準收費。

3樓廚房中另設有微波爐、洗衣機、烘乾機、冰箱
