2.倘要二人合租, 第二人要加收2500元。If two people want to share the room, the second person will be charged an additional NT.2500 yuan.
3.房屋內設有保全系統。獨立電錶,一度6元。

4.請勿攜養寵物、請配合全棟禁菸、未成年學子請家長協同簽租約。
