房間附獨立衛浴，採光良好，有大窗戶，空間寬敞，並附有雙人 Queen Size 床、書桌、衣櫃等基本家具。公寓本身為三房樓中樓，整體空間舒適明亮。

雖然房客可擁有自己的私人房間與獨立衛浴，但公寓的入口與部分公共區域需與其他室友共用。
關於室友
目前屋內有其他室友，各自有自己的房間：
Su（男，33），德國人，軟體工程師，平常多在家工作，中文還不錯
Chinmai（男，31） 與 Vaishnavi（女，28），來自印度的夫妻，於大學擔任科研工作
大家平常會社交聊天，但也都認真工作，因此希望家裡維持安靜、整潔、舒適的居住環境，不希望有派對、吵鬧音樂或太大的噪音。

Private ensuite room available from May 1 in a 3-bedroom duplex apartment opposite NTNU Gongguan Campus. Rent: NT$10,500/month.

2 min walk to NTNU
3 min walk to Wanlong MRT
5 min walk to NTU and NTUST
The room has a large window and comes furnished with a queen-size bed, desk, wardrobe, and private bathroom. The apartment has a refrigerator, air conditioner, washing machine, shared rooftop, drying area, and fast Wi-Fi.
Utilities (electricity, water, gas, internet) are not included and are split equally among the tenants. Two-month deposit. One-year contract preferred, negotiable.
Single occupancy only. No pets, no smoking, no parties. Quiet after 11 PM. Cleanliness is important. You will have your own room and bathroom, while the entrance and common areas are shared.
Current tenants are friendly working professionals. We enjoy a quiet and respectful home and are looking for a clean, reliable, and considerate roommate. Students and working people are both welcome.
