1. Quiet place. Good location, 1.5 minute to walk to NTNU, 8 minutes to NTNU night market, 3 minutes to exit 3 of Guting MRT station, 1 min to bus stop.
2. Furniture and appliance: Desk with chair, refrigerator, double bed with individual-coil mattress, wooden closet, 37-inch LCD TV, air conditioner, shared laundry (cleaned monthly) and reverse osmosis drinking water system (hot/cold). Bathroom contains hotel-quality fixtures and a shower with temperature-controlled faucets.
3. Fees included in the rent: Water and hot water, cable TV, internet and shared utilities. Each suite pays for its own electricity ($6NT/kwh).
4. Newly renovated suite with granite floor in the room and in the hallway. Suites have doors made of steel for excellent security and sound insulation. The door locks use special non-replicable keys for additional security. Common areas are under video surveillance 24-hours a day. The building is free from using natural gas and has additional safety features such as fire extinguishers, emergency lighting, and smoke detectors.
5. No kitchen, cooking is not allowed. Pets are not allowed. Laundry facility is shut down at 11pm daily.
6. Parking spaces available for motorcycles/scooters in front of the building. Parking spaces for vehicles are available for rent nearby.
