Air conditioning charge = 1/4 × current residential electricity charges (as stated on the bill)

• If the total electricity bill for the current period is below NT$2,000,

  → No air conditioning charge will be applied

• Activities causing disturbance to neighbors are not allowed

4. Prohibited Activities

The following are strictly prohibited:

• Smoking

• Online gaming

• Any activity causing excessive noise, odor, or disturbance

5. Cleanliness Requirement

Tenants must:

• Maintain cleanliness in private spaces

• Clean all shared areas immediately after use
