A private room is available in a spacious three-bedroom apartment in the Ximending area.
The building has 24-hour staff and controlled access. Mail and packages can be received by the building staff, and there is a designated garbage disposal area, so tenants do not need to wait for the city garbage truck.
The other rooms are currently occupied by female tenants, so this room is available to one female tenant only.
The previous tenants lived in this room for more than ten years. It was first rented by a student who continued living here after starting work, and was later taken over by her sister. The room has recently become available because she relocated abroad for work.
