20 square meter loft, 24hr building security, guarded buildng entrance. We offer all the furniture. Garbage can be left on the ground floor where it is handled by the building service personnel. You can enjoy the terrace with taipei city view and the view of famous taipei101. Everything is ready and provided you in this wonderful nest, just come and enjoy the stay.

The loft is located nearby worldwide famous restaurant DinTaiFung and the Yongkang Street, a well-known food corner of the city. The Daan park, Dongmen traditional market, Starbucks, 7-11, supermarket and Chiang kai-shek Memorial Hall are within walking distance. The Xinyi main line bus stop is right at the roadside downstair.

There are washer-dryer, heating and air conditioning, barrel-shaped pocket spring mattress, BRITA hot water kettle, separate showering and grooming facility in the room. There are 1 double standard bed and 1 sofa bed.
Minimum rental  period is 1 year, rates include the management fee. Two month deposit required.
